Guide to Developing a Language Access Plan

    A language access plan defines the resources your organization uses to effectively communicate with a diverse community of individuals, including those who are not fluent in English, are hard of hearing or visually impaired, or have other comprehension issues.     What Is a Language Access Plan?

    Language assistance services include both oral and written services.
