The new division is led by a team dedicated to designing language solutions that improve healthcare outcomes for communities with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) across the United States.   The Vaccine Equity program is meant to spotlight health equity and ensure that all eligible individuals receive the vaccine, regardless of language or cultural barriers. “At United Language Group, we develop patient engagement and bilingual care solutions informed by a deep understanding of the LEP member journey and focused on the Triple Aim,” said [Abigail Katz, Director of Health Outcomes Solutions at United Language Group](https://www.linkedin.com/in/abigail-katz-phd-3881645/). “Throughout the pandemic, we observed inequities in access to care within linguistically and culturally diverse populations.
