Siler-LaFave was hired on in March and has over a decade of experience in the language services sector, working at Moravia, Sajan, and Argos Multilingual before coming to ULG. As ULG’s Director of U.S. Operations, Siler-LaFave will oversee all operations programs, ensuring quality and managing the design and implementation of appropriate solutions to best serve ULG’s global clients. “We are more than excited to have Sarah join our team,” said ULG President Kristen Giovanis. “Her leadership experience and tenure in the language industry will be hugely beneficial to ULG’s global operations.” Siler-LaFave served as Argos Multilingual’s Director of Global Life Sciences and as a Strategic Program Director at Moravia immediately before being hired at ULG. “I am thrilled to have joined such a great group of smart, agile-minded and successful industry professionals who are all enthusiastic about our future,” said Siler-LaFave. “And I am very much looking forward to contributing to our success in 2018 and beyond.” Siler-LaFave’s hiring comes just after ULG's acquisition of VIA, a Portland-based legal translation company.
